EXPLORE

The "Explore" stage of each engagement is about us getting to know you, understand your business and gaining a broad understanding as to what the forces driving change are for you and your industry. During the "Explore" phase, we will draft an outline of the engagement specifying the proposed scope, likely phases of work, and required resources, key deliverables and timelines. 


Scope

Once we have a mutual understanding of the work to be undertaken through the engagement and an in principle agreement as to the time frames and expectations, we will start to fully scope the project. During the "Scope" phase of each engagement, we work closely with your team to gain a deeper level of understanding of the current challenge or opportunity being presented to the organisation. We will share with you and your team our experiences in dealing with similar situations; present you with background research or intelligence that we have that may guide your thinking; and wherever possible we try to find some immediate quick wins so that you can realise some benefits of the engagement as soon as possible.

Now that we have the detailed knowledge of the challenge or opportunity for the engagement, we will commence the comprehensive  "Research" phase of the engagement. Depending on the nature of the engagement, this phase could involve a wide range of activities from workshopping the problem or undertaking primary and secondary market research; to interviewing your employees or customers; interrogating the data and knowledge held within your organisation; or even approaching potential partners, key stakeholders or other authorities. This deep dive is aimed at delivering the answers to you, uncovering the underlying issues; and providing the evidence base needed to develop the solutions to address your needs.


DEVELOP

The activities that occur during the "Develop" phase will differ as no two engagements are the same. The main purpose of the phase is to harness the insights, intelligence and knowledge gained through the Scope and Research phases of the engagement and translate these into actionable strategies, plans and solutions for you and your organisation. Depending on what the purpose of the engagement is, this may involve developing a "proof of concept"; running a series of pilots; market testing options; supporting you to undertake detailed due diligence; or any other of a myriad of activities required to ensure we deliver the results that you require.


​Deliver

Delivering is the penultimate stage of any engagement. This phase is all about delivering the results to you in a way that is easily comprehended by you and your team; delivers the key outcomes that you were looking for; and surpasses expectations by exceeding the results that you were looking for. 


REVIEW

After each engagement, we are committed to sitting down with you and your team and analysing the results of the engagement; examine the engagement process itself; and adopt any recommendations you have for future improvement. We will also take the opportunity to fine tune any of the solutions that we have developed through the engagement based on the initial results that have been achieved post implementation.
